Biography:
Marguerite Lawler is a landscape artist based in Portland, Maine. She paints on location along the Maine coastline, Mohegan Island, and in the studio.
Her education includes studies at Parsons School of Design, a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design, and an MFA from the City University of New York.
Marguerite has taught at the Maine College of Art Continuing Studies department for the past twenty-four years.
Her work is in both public and private collections in the United States and Europe. Marguerite exhibits her work at the Elizabeth Moss Galleries in Falmouth, Maine.
