Artist Statement:
As an artist with a passion for characters and the worlds they live in, I make it my goal in my work to make each person unique, each story personal, and every world individual. I want to create places and characters that people can relate to and find entertaining, while also making sure to include proper representation and acknowledgment for marginalized and under-represented people.
Biography:
Viera is a character designer and concept artist, with a passion for fiction worlds and creating stories. She is working on a personal project, Dragon War, that will eventually be released as a comic, and often does commissions for character-design based work. She is getting her BFA at Maine College of Art(Grad. 2018), and hopes to one day work for a studio or company, doing character designs, storyboards, or concept art for animation.
