BFA Student

Major: Printmaking

Graduation Year: 2017

Artist Statement:

I am captivated by the aesthetic of abstraction. My current body of work focuses more on formal concepts and less on theoretical concepts. I explore color combinations with more structured line work and drawings to create a complete piece while examining composition at the same time. I concentrate on the power of color and form to create different series of works that are compositionally pleasing to the eye. All of my pieces combine abstraction with more composed drawings.
