Biography:

Erin Gamache has been influenced by the history of antiques and retro fashion since she was young. Her grandmother taught her to sew when she was twelve, awakening an obsession with fashion, this led Gamache to accumulate a collection of retro fashion. While being an intern for the fashion designer Anna Sui in Manhattan, New York, this internship provided first-hand experience and insight into the fast-paced fashion industry and focused her attention on retro style ready wear. Designing from personally drafted patterns, Gamache includes modern touches with extensive influence drawn from 1970’s style trends. Fashion being on a never-ending cycle helps Gamache bring retro trends into the modern world.
