Biography:
Maria Piperata is an illustrator based in Rhode Island and a recent graduate of Maine College of Art. The artist renders her illustrations with a combination of line work, limited color palettes, and varying textures. She enjoys decorative design illustrations and reportage work, and most of all, she enjoys incorporating her love of nature and botanicals in her illustrative work. Maria often unites her passion for botanicals with her interest in destigmatizing mental health topics in her art.
