Description

100 Fading Faces is a project concentrating of the fading of memory. The singular face etched into the copper slowly fades as the viewer moves through the line of prints. Each print is made from the same plate. The plate was inked before every run through the press. As the drypoint etching is run through the press the burr on the plate is slowly flattened until the ink can no longer be held on the plate.
