Artist Statement:
Tiana Webster is an illustrator based in New England who graduated from MECA&D in 2023 with a BFA in Illustration and a Minor in Writing. In her work, she loves creating playfully charming characters and narratives which feature contrasting themes of weird, creepy, and cute culminating into a humorous mix of funky and macabre. As of late, Tiana has been embracing aspects of nostalgia and whimsy as she experiments digitally with bright colors and stylized cartoonish forms.
