Description

Through digital illustration, story boarding, character design and concept development art I have created a collection of visuals that represent a larger narrative: methods used in the development of animated features and games. With visual development, the representation of an idea is more important than the finished product. Instead of creating a single polished piece, I explore as many different paths that a concept could take; making multiple designs for a single character or object. Sketches are just as important as fully rendered digital paintings - in some cases even more so.
