Artist Statement:
Theme park rides are carefully designed, mesmerizing structures that millions of people travel to annually, for a multi sensory experience. I work with roller coaster inspired sculpture because I believe the design aesthetics that compose theme park rides today should be explored in a sculptural realm. I see the designs as intricate modernist structures that influence many humans globally through their presence and interaction.
