Biography:
Grace Gregory grew up in an artistic family in Western Massachusetts. Her father, Frank Gregory, is a fine artist and painter and owns a frame shop where she was employed at a young age. After high school Grace attended the local community college for visual arts with a focus in painting. Her professors for painting were Kelly Popoff and Penne Krol. To complement the rigorous painting classes she took a few photography classes which introduced her to the medium she uses today. Her professors for those courses were Joan O'Beirne and Allison Sexton. Once graduating Greenfield Community College with an Associate's degree in painting Grace moved to Portland Maine to transfer into the Photography department at Maine College of Art. She is now a senior set to graduate in May 2016.
