Description

These pieces of proxy, originally made of stainless steel, are here abstracted and built in the warmth of silver. The power, memory, and sentimentality that have defined the discourse of silver examines and reviews the emotional qualities in dealing with the qualities that these objects encase. The personalization aims to expose how we make sense of the world, even as it taps into our nightmares: scraping, peeling, injecting, and digging into the deepest physical parts of human nature.
